Joe Dolan was without doubt the most popular entertainer of the Showband era of the 60s and 70s, with international hits such as Make Me Island and You’re Such A Good Looking Woman. There are few singers can emulate his unique vocal range – RTÉ DJ Ronan Collins being one. If you like Joe then there is simply no show like the Ronan show to bring back the brilliance of the great Mullingar man.
A long-time performer, Ronan’s knowledge of the Showband era is second to none. Along with the brilliant Sugar Cubes Showband, join Ronan for a night of nostalgia as he performs the classic hits of Joe Dolan, bringing his own great stage presence and charisma to this fantastic show.
